We reserve the right to alter or adjust the itineraries, substitute excursions, hotels, and/or flight schedule as needed.  Our cosmetic procedures will remain as stated unless the Doctors/Dentists change or alter their offerings. Although not expected, estimated prices on this website may be modified due our providers changing or making unexpected significant external factors not calculated at the time of publication.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

The purchase of any Cosmetic Tourism services offered by Medorg USA SAS and Medorg LLC constitutes a contractual arrangement between you (The Cosmetic TOURISM CLIENT) and Medorg USA SAS and Medorg LLC, and represents your acceptance of the Medorg USA SAS and Medorg LLC terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to your deposit. The following Terms and Conditions apply to all Medorg USA SAS and Medorg LLC offerings.

RATES

Published prices include air fare, if client choses to use us, cosmetic procedures, hotels, nursing care and transportation.  Round-trip airfare (provided except when specified otherwise) to and from destinations is via Miami International Airport and Fort Lauderdale International Airport (or other airports as may be outlined in program), through our exclusive airline partners.
Published rates and inclusions are subject to change without notice.

RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS

The COSMETIC TOURISM CLIENT has agreed to pay the applicable PROCEDURE rate in consideration of Medorg USA SAS and Medorg LLC providing the opportunity for the COSMETIC TOURISM to participate in the Medorg USA SAS and Medorg LLC Programs, inclusive of Cosmetic Tourism procedures, transportation, accommodations, and other services for the COSMETIC TOURISM CLIENT, as set forth below. A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $250.00 per person after the initial consultation. Final all-inclusive payment is due 30 days prior to the Cosmetic Tourism procedure. If full all-inclusive payment is not received on or before the due date, the COSMETIC TOURISM CLIENT’S procedure may be cancelled. 

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Medorg USA SAS and Medorg LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject an individual at any time prior to departure, or to cancel the elected PROCEDURE in which a COSMETIC TOURISM CLIENT is scheduled. In the unlikely event of such a cancellation or if a COSMETIC TOURISM CLIENT has been rejected, the total amount paid to Medorg USA SAS and Medorg LLC (less airfare and service charges) will be refunded. If, however, the cancellation is due to non-payment of the PROGRAM fees by the due date or is due to governmental action beyond Medorg USA SAS and Medorg LLC control, the amount refunded will be reduced to the extent Medorg USA SAS and Medorg LLC has incurred expenses in the formulation process of said program or procedure. Other than such a refund, Medorg USA SAS and Medorg LLC will not be responsible to a COSMETIC TOURISM CLIENT or any other refund, costs, interest, liability, or damages of any kind.

If COSMETIC TOURISM CLIENT cancels for any reason, he/she must notify Medorg USA SAS and Medorg LLC in writing via U.S. Postal certified mail or some other certified means (e.g., UPS, FedEx, etc.) The cancellation will be effective upon Medorg USA SAS and Medorg LLC receipt of the written notification at its office i4737 N Ocean Dr. #137 Lauderdale by the Sea, FL 33308. Medorg USA SAS and Medorg LLC incurs substantial administrative and planning costs prior to the departure of the COSMETIC TOURISM CLIENT. Therefore, if COSMETIC TOURISM CLIENT cancels his/ her trip, funds paid by COSMETIC TOURISM CLIENT to Medorg USA SAS and Medorg LLC may be refunded only as set forth below.

The $250 deposit is non-refundable, non-transferrable. COSMETIC TOURISM CLIENT may apply this deposit to another Medorg USA SAS and Medorg LLC Cosmetic Tourism program provided it is scheduled within 365 days of the original scheduled commencement date., 

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Sixty-one (61) days or more prior to the scheduled start date, the fees paid, not including the deposit and any applicable airline cancellation penalties, will be refunded;
  • Sixty (60) to Ninety (90) days prior to the scheduled start date, 50% of the fees will be retained, and the balance, not including the deposit and any applicable airline cancellation penalties, will be refunded;
  • Eighty-Nine (89) to forty-five (45) days prior to the scheduled start date, 75% of the fees will be retained, and the balance, not including the deposit and any applicable airline cancellation penalties, will be refunded;
  • Forty-four (44) or fewer days prior to the scheduled start date, none of the fees will be refunded.

If COSMETIC TOURISM CLIENT cancels his/her program and elects to have fees refunded, the COSMETIC TOURISM CLIENT will forfeit the future use of his/her deposit.

No refunds will be given for unused portions of the PROGRAM for any reason. Flight package fees are non-transferable.

The COSMETIC TOURISM CLIENT is solely responsible for transportation costs to the start location in Miami International Airport or Fort Lauderdale International Airport or another designated gateway city. The COSMETIC TOURISM CLIENT is solely responsible for any airfare or other Cosmetic Tourism fees, charges, expenses or penalties that might result from any cancellation of or change in the COSMETIC TOURISM CLIENT PROGRAM, whether the COSMETIC TOURISM CLIENT cancels the procedure or it is cancelled by the provider or altered by Medorg USA SAS or Medorg LLC.

For this reason, Medorg USA SAS and Medorg LLC STRONGLY URGES THE COSMETIC TOURISM CLIENT TO SECURE TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE, Cosmetic Tourism insurance is NOT part of the program fees and can be added to your program if desired.

The COSMETIC TOURISM CLIENT must ensure he/she clearly understands the cancellation policy herein. If it is not clear, the COSMETIC TOURISM CLIENT should ask for clarification. Medorg USA SAS and Medorg LLC cannot make exceptions to this cancellation policy for any reason, including medical emergencies.

Please note:  Medical insurance is NOT included in the Cosmetic Tourism programs.  We have a source to provide you with Medical Travel Insurance and can include it in your package if desired.  Doctors in Colombia are required to have insurance to cover your procedure but we can provide additional insurance.

CHANGES TO RESERVATION

Changes to the type of PROGRAM or commencement date by the COSMETIC TOURISM CLIENT will be considered a request for cancellation and are subject to the Cancellation and Refund policy found herein. In addition, changes made by the COSMETIC TOURISM CLIENT are subject to additional airline and/or hotel and transportation fees, if the original rates are no longer applicable for the revised Cosmetic Tourism dates. Revisions to airline tickets are subject to the airline fare rules, change rates, and cancellation policies. Airfare fees may vary, depending on the day of the Cosmetic Tourism Client departure or arrival, gateway city, routing, and airline class of services booked, which can be determined by seat availability.  We endeavor to make every effort to operate all offerings as advertised but reserve the right to alter or adjust the procedures, itinerary, substitute excursions, hotels, and/or flight schedule as needed. PASSPORTS

Each COSMETIC TOURISM CLIENT is required to have a passport valid for six months after the return date of their scheduled trip. COSMETIC TOURISM CLIENT holding a passport from a foreign country; green card, U.S. visa, or special-use passport are solely responsible for understanding the limitations imposed on their passport, green card, U.S. visa, or special-use passport regarding re-entry back into the United States. Medorg USA SAS and Medorg LLC cannot be held liable for a COSMETIC TOURISM CLIENT who is refused service by the Carrier Service Provider of a restricted U.S. visa or Passport or denial of a visa by a foreign government.  In the event the COSMETIC TOURISM CLIENT is refused because of Visa or Passport issues or denial of a visa by a government, applicable cancellation penalties may apply.  The COSMETIC TOURISM CLIENT is responsible for having on his or her person, proper documentation to enter a foreign country as well as to re-enter the United States.  

CHANGES TO PROGRAM

We endeavor to operate the PROGRAM as outlined herein. However, circumstances beyond our control may require an adjustment to the PROGRAM or its inclusions. We strive to avoid such changes but reserve the right to make such modifications. If a COSMETIC TOURISM CLIENT cancels his or her trip because of a PROGRAM change, normal cancellation penalties will apply.  We reserve the right to substitute hotels for houses, if necessary for accommodations.

COSMETIC TOURISM CLIENTS REQUIRING SPECIAL ASSISTANCE

COSMETIC TOURISM CLIENTS requiring special attention due to a disability must report such condition at the time of making the deposit.  MEDORG USA SAS AND MEDORG LLC will make reasonable attempts to accommodate the special needs of such COSMETIC TOURISM CLIENT, but cannot guarantee accommodations will be provided, and is not responsible for any denial of services by our Air COSMETIC TOURISM CLIENT Partner for hotels, transportation and other independent suppliers. COSMETIC TOURISM CLIENTS who need such assistance must be accompanied by a qualified companion who is also a COSMETIC TOURISM CLIENT in the PROGRAM.

AGE POLICY

Due to the educational and cultural nature of our people-to-people exchange programs, COSMETIC TOURISM CLIENT on all Medorg USA SAS and Medorg LLC programs should be of legal age.  Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Medorg USA SAS and Medorg LLC and our partners, attorneys, staff and affiliates harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense including reasonable attorneys’ fees, related to your violation of these Terms and Conditions or use of this Site and our services.  Your payment of deposit is verification that you agree and have read the terms and conditions.
